Leading physicians in the field of gynecological disorders are hosting a series of Women's Health Talks as part of da Vinci's Women's Health: Small Steps. Healthier Lives., a national prevention and wellness campaign developed in partnership with da Vinci© Surgery, Curves©, the Office of Women's Health and About.com, to encourage women to take small steps toward living healthier lives.
Dr. Antonio Gargiulo, Dr. James Greenberg and Dr. Serene Srouji from Brigham and Women's Center for Robotic Surgery at Faulkner Hospital will be presenting information about the risks and treatment options for benign gynecologic issues in a series of talks titled: Uterine Fibroids and Surgical Robots: New Treatment for a Common Problem.
Women who attend the event will also receive a free 30-day discount offer at participating Curves locations.
Research confirms that many women put their own health last on their lengthy to-do lists. This event was created in response to a growing problem in America, as many women living with sensitive, yet treatable, gynecological issues too often opt for a wait and see approach instead of seeking out definitive relief of their symptoms.
To register for any of these free events, please call Faulkner Hospital at 617-983-7588 or click on one of the locations nearest you.
