Patient Advocate
The Patient Advocate serves as a resource for patient complaints and acts as a liaison between the patient and the hospital. The Patient Advocate educates patients about the benefits available to them, and instructs them as to what departments in the hospital can best suit their needs. The Faulkner Hospital Patient Advocate is available whenever you need assistance, weekdays from 7:15 am - 4:00 pm. Please call 617-983-7425 for more information.
