The Department of Social Work is committed to providing a range of services that address the psychosocial aspects of medical and psychiatric illness. These services are offered to patients and families before, during and after a hospitalization. Social Work contributes to the overall hospital mission by providing services in a thoughtful, professional and timely manner to all patients referred to the department.
