Patient Family Advisory Council (PFAC) at Faulkner Hospital

Staff at Faulkner Hospital believe that the experience of care, as perceived by a patient and their family members, is a key factor in health care quality and safety. Bringing the perspectives of patients and families directly into the planning, delivery, and evaluation of health care, and thereby improving quality and safety is the cornerstone for patient and family centered care.

To that end, Faulkner Hospital has initiated a Patient Family Advisory Council (PFAC). Please click on the bylaws for the Council and the orientation slides that describe how the Council operates at Faulkner Hospital to learn more about this initiative and the work the Council is involved in.
