Outpatient Nutrition Services at Faulkner Hospital
     
 

Our registered, licensed outpatient dietitians provide nutrition therapy and nutrition counseling to enhance your physician's treatment plan. The dietitian will work with you to plan your special diet and will take special consideration of your unique lifestyle needs and food preferences.

General Information

Our goal is to provide individualized nutrition therapy and diet guidelines, utilizing self-management skills, to achieve desirable nutrition outcomes.

The Outpatient Nutrition Clinic is located on the second floor of Faulkner Hospital, near the Atrium elevators. Day and evening appointments are available Monday through Friday. Translation services are available.

We conveniently register our patients and bill their insurance company through the hospital's billing system. Most insurance companies cover our services. We also provide Medical Nutrition Therapy benefits for patients with Medicare. We welcome all patients through physician referrals.
