Faulkner Hospital offers our patients the convenience of pre-registering by telephone for the following services:
     
Audiology Endoscopy Mammography
Cardiac Rehabilitation ERCP Pain Clinic
Colonoscopy Vascular Lab Pre-Operative Testing
Dietary/Nutrition Event Monitor Sigmoidoscopy
Echocardiology Holter Monitor Sleep Study
EKG Lab (Standing Orders Only) Stress Test


Please have your insurance card available when placing your call.
Monday - Friday 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., 617-983-7010
Please call at least 24 hours in advance of your visit.
