Billing Services
Billing services will bill all insurance providers for services provided. If you have questions or concerns about your bill, you are welcome to call or stop by our offices on the fourth floor of Faulkner Hospital to speak with a billing representative. If you wish to pay your bill in person, our cashier is also located on the fourth floor.
If you do not have health insurance and cannot cover the cost of your care, we will gladly assist you in applying for free care, or advise you of other possible insurance options.

Gift Shop
The Gift Shop at Faulkner Hospital is located off the 3rd floor lobby and is open weekdays from 9:30 am - 4:30 pm. The gift shop carries a changing variety of unique gift items to suit every occasion and budget as well as personal care items. Operated by volunteers, all profits from the gift shop are donated back to the hospital to fund patient centered projects. Please call 617-983-7333 for more information.
Interpreter & Translation Services
The Interpreter and Translation Service at Faulkner Hospital is committed to facilitating health care for non English speaking and deaf and hard of hearing patients through the use of professional health care interpreters an by translating key health care documents. The service contributes to the overall hospital mission by serving a diverse group of patients and their families.

The Faulkner Hospital Patient Information Guide is available in English, Russian and Spanish in the Admitting Office located on the 1st floor near the Emergency Department.
Safety & Security
The Safety and Security Department at Faulkner Hospital is responsible for ensuring the protection and safety of all patients, visitors and staff, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Safety and Security staff is responsible for parking, patient valuables, lost & found, access control, locksmith services, escorts to and from private vehicles, emergency auto services, security patrols of hospital grounds and other general safety issues.
Faulkner Hospital cannot be responsible for any lost items. Items stored in the hospital safe may be accessed at any time by asking someone in the admitting or nursing department to call the Safety and Security Department on your behalf.
The Safety and Security Department is located on the 1st floor near the Emergency Department and can be reached at 617-983-7975.
Spiritual Support
Faulkner Hospital recognizes the important role that religion/spiritual care can play in supporting our patients and their families. We welcome the opportunity to assist you or your family in contacting someone from your own faith community and/or arranging for a visit whenever possible. Any other specific religious/spiritual care requests can be addressed with your nurse, social worker or patient advocate. A non-denominational chapel is located off the 3rd floor lobby and is always open. Please call the Catholic deacon, located on-site, at 617-983-7000, extension 1556. Please call the Department of Social Work at 617-983-7932 for other religious/spiritual care needs.
Visiting Hours
Daily visiting hours at Faulkner Hospital are from 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm with the exception of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Visitors are welcome in the ICU at any time except during a two-hour period each morning from 10:00 am and 12:00 pm.
