Billing Services

Billing services will bill all insurance providers for services provided. If you have questions or concerns about your bill, you are welcome to call or stop by our offices on the fourth floor of Faulkner Hospital to speak with a billing representative. If you wish to pay your bill in person, our cashier is also located on the fourth floor.

If you do not have health insurance and cannot cover the cost of your care, we will gladly assist you in applying for free care, or advise you of other possible insurance options.

Gift Shop

	The Gift Shop at Faulkner Hospital is located off the 3rd floor lobby and is open weekdays from 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. The gift shop carries a changing variety of unique gift items to suit every occasion and budget as well as personal care items. Operated by volunteers, all profits from the gift shop are donated back to the hospital to fund patient centered projects. Please call (617) 983-7333 for more information.

Notary Public

	A notary public is available at the hospital, weekdays, in the event you need something notarized. Please call (617) 983-7251 or (617) 983-7997.

Patient Advocate

The Patient Advocate serves as a resource for patient complaints and acts as a liaison between the patient and the hospital. The Patient Advocate educates patients about the benefits available to them, and instructs them as to what departments in the hospital can best suit their needs. The Faulkner Hospital Patient Advocate is available whenever you need assistance, weekdays from 7:15 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Please call (617) 983-7425 for more information.
