For your convenience, the Faulkner Hospital provides valet services Monday - Friday 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. (excluding holidays) at the 3rd floor main entrance through VPNE Parking Solutions.
There is no additional charge for valet service, customers only pay the daily rate (posted above).
Patient/Visitor Self-Parking:
Patient/Visitor Self-Parking is available on the 1st and 3rd floor open lots. Additional parking is located in 1st and 3rd floor garages.
Patients and visitors are encouraged to use valet services whenever possible.
Assistance:
The Faulkner Hospital Security department provides the following services to our patients, visitors and employees as requested:
- Security escorts to/from vehicle
- Jump-starts
- Tire changes/inflation
- Lock-out assistance
To access any of these services, contact the hospital operator by pressing "0" from any house phone or from any outside line at 617-983-7000 and ask for Security.
Notice:
Vehicle storage is not permitted on hospital property. Any vehicles left on property for more than two days will be subject to towing at the owner's expense.
The Faulkner Hospital parking lots and facilities are park-and-lock areas. The hospital is not responsible for damages to and/or theft of/from vehicles on the property.
BWH Shuttle Schedule:
Monday through Friday, except holidays. Shuttle stops at the BWH Francis Street Shelter, Main Entrance to Faulkner Hospital (Center Street-Side), Trinity Parking Lot and West Roxbury VA Medical Center's MBTA bus stop near the Main Entrance.
