Health risk management education and counseling have proven to be successful in helping individuals develop and maintain sensible lifestyle habits. The various components of the Cardiac Rehabilitation Program at Faulkner Hospital will help participants better manage risk factors and:

  • Understand heart disease.
  • Manage medication.
  • Learn good nutritional habits.
  • Return to work, recreational and sexual activities.

How to Join the Program

A physician order is required to receive treatment. Program staff can help anyone who needs to get an order.
