Cardiac Rehabilitation at Faulkner Hospital

About the Program

Each year, thousands of people in the United States suffer from a heart attack, coronary artery bypass surgery or angina. At Faulkner Hospital, our Cardiac Rehabilitation Program is designed to return each individual to a normal, active lifestyle after a cardiac event.

The Cardiac Rehabilitation Program offers medically supervised exercise for up to three months, in addition to nutritional counseling and health education aimed at helping individuals develop a permanent, positive lifestyle change in order to live a productive and rewarding life.
Hour long sessions meet three times per week, where participants benefit from the teamwork and clinical expertise of cardiologists, referring physicians, cardiac nurses and nutritionists.

For more information about the Cardiac Rehabilitation Program at Faulkner Hospital, please call 617-983-7105.
